Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, subcontractor bills, and RA bills with correct rates.
- Verify contractor bills with site measurements and tender rates.
- Take on-site measurements and conduct random physical checks.
- Check and certify bills across trades (civil, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Generate weekly/monthly cost reports and support PM with billing docs.
- Handle material reconciliation and advance adjustments as per contracts.
- Finalize project billing and submit summary data to Head Office.
